Noelia holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and she is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

She joined Abril Abogados in 2007 and has an extensive experience in Intellectual Property after having worked since 1999 in a Spanish firm in Madrid. Noelia is specialized in  European Trademarks prosecution providing local clients legal advice concerning applications, negotiations, appeals and oppositions before the OHIM.
