Fernando obtained his degree in Law in 2003 by the Complutense University of Madrid. He holds a Master degree in Intellectual Property by the University Pontificia Comillas pf Madrid (ICADE) in 2004.

Associate since 2015, he has a long experience and a thorough knowledge in IP and unfair competition, both in civil and criminal prosecution. He is in charge of antipiracy issues as well as customs procedures. Contributes to publications and specialized press with the draft of opinion pieces. Fernando speaks fluent English.
