Raquel obtained her Law degree in 1999 by the Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a Business degree in Law Practice by ICADE and business Law Degree in New Technologies by the Business School Aliter.

Raquel joined Abril Abogados in 2008 after having obtained a broad experience as a legal adviser in European Trademarks prosecution in two renowned Spanish Intellectual Property firms. She provides advice to local clients in Community Trademark procedure and defense, including advice in oppositions, negotiations and appeals. Raquel speaks fluent English.
